Sestavine (za 2 osebi):

  • 4 banane
  • 4 fige
  • skodelica borovnic
  • 2 dcl rastlinskega mleka (kokosovo, ovseno, riževo, sojino, mandljevo, lešnikovo)
  • 0,5 l vode

Postopek:

Vse sestavine damo v mešalnik, in zmešamo. Če želimo, da je smoothie bolj goste konsistence, uporabimo manj rastlinskega mleka ali vode. V nasprotnem primeru pa tekočino še dodamo. Okrasimo s chia semeni, figami, kokosovim čipsom, ter svežo meto. Dober tek!
