veganski parmezan

Sestavine:

  • 100 g indijskih oreščkov
  • 3 jedilne žlice kvasnih kosmičev (sama uporabljam znamko Ritter)
  • 1/4 čajne žličke česna v prahu
  • 3/4 čajne žličke soli

Postopek:

  1. Vse sestavine damo v zmogljiv blender, in zmešamo.
  2. Posujemo po rižoti, pici ali drugje, možnosti je veliko. V hladilniku veganski parmezan lahko hranimo nekaj tednov. Dober tek! ❤
